You’ll learn how your body responds to stress, why you react the way you do in certain situations, and how your past experiences may have shaped the way you feel today.

This isn’t about fixing you (because you’re not broken), it's about giving you the awareness, tools, and confidence to support yourself in a whole new way.

Inside this workshop, you’ll learn:

  • What the nervous system is and how it works (in real-life terms)

  • The different states (fight, flight, freeze, and regulated) and how to recognise them in yourself

  • Why your nervous system has adapted the way it has

  • What your body is trying to communicate through anxiety, overwhelm, or shutdown

  • Practical tools to regulate your nervous system and feel more in control

You’ll also be guided through simple breathwork, regulating and grounding techniques that you can take into your everyday life. This is a safe, supportive space where you can connect, reflect, and start to understand yourself on a deeper level, without judgement or pressure.
